Evos refinances part of its debt facilities to support its long-term growth strategy
Evos, through Evos Finance B.V., is pleased to announce that it has successfully raised €485m of debt, refinancing part of its current debt facilities under its common terms platform.

The refinancing was executed through the issuance of new bank debt to replace debt maturing in the near term, and through issuing a new revolving credit facility for general corporate purposes, including the funding of planned growth capex. This refinancing reinforces the long-term future of Evos, a leading European liquid tank storage business, ensuring that Evos can continue its successful growth and development.

Daan Vos, CEO, said: “We are very proud of this refinancing achievement, as it will allow us to accelerate our growth strategy more swiftly and effectively. We will continue to strengthen our contribution to resilient energy supply chains through the critical storage infrastructure we operate, and we will further develop our role in the energy transition together with our customers, business partners and stakeholders.”

Koert Schouten, CFO, commented: “We are pleased that our existing lenders subscribed to the new debt issuance, and we look forward to continuing to work with them. Underpinned by an investment-grade credit rating, Evos has a strong and stable long-term funding base, with a mix of bank debt and US Private Placement notes that allows the business to operate, grow and invest in its future.”

Evos was advised on the refinancing by Stifel as exclusive debt adviser and Latham & Watkins as legal adviser. The lenders were advised by Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as legal adviser.
